Aspirations

Children and adolescents should be supported in their development into autonomous individuals. They should be able to grow as fully fledged members of the society.

Children and adolescents have the right to have a reliable caregiver. They need personal support. They must be given a framework so that they can develop prospects for their future.

Every child should have the opportunity to grow up in a stable and inspiring environment.

This requires a joint attitude of the staff members who work with children and adolescents. At tipiti we have designed one and have called it «self-commitment» (in German, link leads to www.tipiti.ch).
